Coaching Staff
Alexei Mantsorov
Figure Skating Coach, Skating Director
Alexei Mantsorov is a native of Ukraine. He was the Ukrainian National Pairs Champion and a member of the USSR National Junior Team. Alexei has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education.
He started his professional skating career in the Ukrainian Ballet on Ice as a principal skater and coach. He expanded his professional skating experience as a performer for "Disney on Ice" Productions. Alexei started his coaching career in the Odessa Figure Skating School. Since 1992, Alexei has prepared Regional medalists as well as Sectionals and Jr. National Championships competitors. He has been successfully working with both national and international competitors. He is a member of the United States Figure Skating and the Professional Skaters Association (PSA).
Alexei is a PSA Master-rated coach in Free Style and Pairs. Alexei Mantsorov has been Skating Director of Moylan Premier Skating Club since 2003 and currently holds PSA Ranking III.
Alexei specializes in on-ice and off-ice training and can individualize programs for all ages & fitness levels. Alexei is known for the quality of his jumping techniques and produces high-level skaters trying to achieve excellence on ice, as well as working with entry-level skaters, inspiring them to reach their goals and dreams.
Sergii Selega
Figure Skating Coach
Sergii Selega has worked as a professional skater with multiple ice shows, including Disney on Ice, and has traveled all over the world for over 20 years! He has also worked as a figure skating coach in both Mexico and Sweden. Now he has joined the Moylan Premier team and has been here since the fall of 2022.
Sergii has received formal education in both ballet and physical education, and utilizes his knowledge and skills in both to create both on-ice and off-ice programs to increase the skaters' skills in strength, flexibility, and choreography in order to help them achieve their goals.
Irene Harm
Figure Skating Coach, Artistic Director
Irene Harm has been involved in figure skating for 20 years, beginning at the age of 5. She began working with Alexei Mantsorov when she was 9. Irene was a competitive skater for 12 years and was a regional competitor as well as a collegiate national competitor during that time.
Irene began coaching in 2005 at the age of 16. She is a member of the PSA and U.S. Figure Skating. She specializes in spins and choreography, and has been the artistic director for Moylan Premier Skating Club’s annual ice show since 2012. Irene holds a Bachelor’s degree in secondary education from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She enjoys using her teaching skills as a coach and full-time teacher at Boys Town USA. Irene is looking forward to continuing her skills as a coach and choreographer.
Savanna Rahman
Figure Skating Coach
Savanna Rahman began skating at the age of eight with Moylan Premier Skating Club and was coached by Alexei Mantsorov, Irene Harm, and David Leatherwood. She was a competitive figure skater for almost 10 years and a regional competitor for 6 years in a row. Her favorite events are freestyle and artistic freestyle. Savanna is a member of the PSA and U.S. Figure Skating and teaches Learn to Skate classes.
Savanna is currently taking classes at Metropolitan Community College to earn an associate's degree in medical coding and is set to graduate in the winter of 2025. Off the ice and outside of school, Savanna hangs out with her two pups, Luna and Kilo.
Savanna Scarle
Figure Skating Coach
Savanna is originally from Columbia, Maryland, and began figure skating at the age of 13. She has been a member of Moylan Premier for several years and actively competes at the Adult Masters Intermediate/Novice level both locally and regionally.
Savanna began coaching at the age of 23. She is currently a member of both PSA and U.S. Figure Skating. Additionally, she teaches in a child care part-time. As a result, she has a lot of experience working with young children and is certified in both pediatric first aid and CPR for all ages.

Valentin Nikolayev, World and Olympic coach, and
Evgueni Nemirovskii, World and Olympic choreographer, to work with skaters in both group classes and individual lessons. Moylan Premier is honored to have the privilege of bringing these world-class coaches to skaters in the Omaha area.
Valentin Nikolayev
World and Olympic Coach
Valentin Nikolayev is an internationally renowned figure skating coach who has conducted over 100 international seminars for other coaches from around the world. He is the former Head Coach of the famous Odessa Special Children’s Youth Figure Skating School of Olympic Reserve, a Ukrainian organization with over 25 years of figure skating history that has produced many successful Olympic competitors. Countries such as Germany and Israel have retained Mr. Nikolayev to work with the coaches of their national figure skating teams.
Skaters personally coached by Mr. Nikolayev in recent years have earned an impressive 2 Olympic Gold Medals, 2 World Gold Medals, 11 Silver and Bronze World Medals, 4 World Junior Championship Gold Medals, and 4 European Championship Gold Medals. Viktor Petrenko and Oskana Baiul are only a couple of the better-known figure skaters coached by Mr. Nikolayev.
